Okay, I double-checked and I am not having an existential crisis now, and there is no bleed-through of other universes. This is the only reality that we are aware of and live in.
*looks around* Well, crap.
Anyway, here is the trailer for the actual real movie The Bubble, directed by Judd Apatow, and written by Apatow and Pam Brady (co-creator of Lady Dynamite).
(WARNING for quick shots of vomiting)
The Bubble is a comedy about a group of actors and actresses stuck inside a pandemic bubble at a hotel attempting to complete a sequel to an action franchise film about flying dinosaurs.
I know, I also wanted to see an actual Cliff Beasts series, especially with posters like these.

They even went to space before F9 did!

That said, the actual movie we are getting still looks like it could be fun! You got David Duchovny snorting recreational drugs off Keegan Michael Key’s head, Maria Bakalova crushing on an eccentric Pedro Pascal (so do we, lady, you’re not special) who later gets the ol’ “adrenaline to the heart” treatment, Leslie Mann with a real choice of an accent, all with Peter Serafinowicz trying to keep everything on track. As well as a few surprise faces (in more ways than one).
I know some of you expressed trepidation considering Apatow’s involvement. But it looks like he’s swinging for less dramedy this go-round for some full-on hijinks, as the kids say. And look, if you put Maria Bamford in something, I’m at least going to watch her parts, so I’m pretty much committed to this now.
The Bubble (yes, for real for real) premieres on April 1st on Netflix.
