As you may or may not be aware, these Podjiba posts are primarily utilitarian in nature, as they’re meant to serve as a brief reminder that the latest episode has been released, should you be one of those who does not yet subscribe via your favorite podcast provider.
(They are also a reasonable place to leave a comment or a question, should you feel so inclined!)
However, there are times where I feel the pull of the pen (or keyboard, as it may be) and am so inspired to fill this space with a few more words, even when there is so little content available (at least, without spoiling the fun of the episode, which, hopefully, is more entertaining in audio form).
Is there a benefit to keeping these posts short? Would they be more entertaining if there were actual text here for you to read (not unlike the text you’re reading right now)? Have I sufficiently filled this space so as to make the post look not quite so barren?
Here we have reached the section of the post where I may provide some vague details of what you may expect, so, to start: beware! A dark cloud has cast a massive, ominous shadow over the week’s affairs, as Dustin proclaimed that he was not interested in speaking upon Manifest, one of at least four topics on which he is an expert.
The answers await you below!
In the podcast.
No, you actually have to listen.
Oh yes, I almost forgot: in honor of the show’s return, we also played a Brooklyn Nine-Nine themed game! ‘twas an epic match, pitting Tori’s true fandom and love for the show against Dustin’s nefarious cheating (#Dustincheats).
