Gisele Bündchen Doesn't Want a Loser for a Husband, Will File for Divorce Today

It’s one thing, at the age of 45, to tell your wife and kids that you’re retiring to spend more time with them, only to change your mind a few weeks later because the team needs you to make another run at the Super Bowl. That’s a hard pill to swallow.

But when you toss aside your super-model wife and kids to play for a team that is 3-5 a little less than halfway through the season? The Tampa Bay Buccanneers are not even in first place in the worst division in the NFL. After another humiliating loss last night, the Bucs are now behind the Atlanta Falcons, a team in rebuild mode.

Today, according to TMZ, Gisele Bündchen — pictured above telling Brady to come home now — is filing for divorce from her husband. The two have reached a settlement, having come to terms on both property and custody. Does the timing of the divorce have anything to do with the Bucs’ loss to the Ravens? Who is to say?

What’s clear, however, is that Tom Brady — the most celebrated quarterback in the history of the NFL — is a losing quarterback on a losing team. And now? He is a loser in both football and in love. He threw it all away for nothing.

At least he can confide in his texting buddy, Ron DeSantis.
