Fox is gearing up for the premiere of the new X-Files season by playing the entire series in order, one episode a day. This is perfect for anyone who wants to catch up before the new episodes, is one of five people left in the world without access to a Netflix account, and has a consistently empty enough calendar that they can watch one episode every single day.
In this ad for the 201-day-long marathon, we get 30 seconds of old clips, followed by about six seconds of GLORIOUS NEW FOOTAGE. And it’s exactly what you think it will be: Mulder talking about conspiracies, and Scully skeptically sighing about how she doesn’t care.
