In Billy Eichner’s latest Billy on the Street, Billy walks around the streets of Chelsea and asks gay men if they care about John Oliver. Surprise number one: Gay men in Chelsea aren’t bothered when a stranger walks up to them and asks them if they are gay. Surprise number two: Most gay men do not care about John Oliver, or even know who he is. Surprise number three: Gay men seem to love Wendy Williams.
My opinion of John Oliver has not changed after watching this, but suddenly I feel, like, inadequate for not watching Wendy Williams.
