There's a Not-So-Surprising Lack of Jonathan Majors in the 'Loki Season 2' Trailer

Controversial hot take, Loki is my favorite of the MCU series’. It did not take itself too seriously, it has a great cast and it gave us Aligator Loki. Adding to the time travel hijinks of season 2 is the idea of “time slippage” as a glitch affecting Loki and Ke Huy Quan coming onboard as a member of the Time Variance Authority.

At the end of season one Sylvie, one of Loki’s multiverse variants, played by Sophia Di Martino, killed He Who Remains and it caused chaos across the multiverse. In season two, Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and Mobius (Owen Wilson) continue to hunt her down while also having to worry about the threat of Kang The Conqueror (Jonathan Majors). Hmmm, strange how little of him we see in this trailer. I wonder why that is.

Also in the cast for season two are Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Fast Color) as Ravonna Renslayer, Tara Strong (Teen Titans) as Miss Minutes, and Rafael Casal (Blindspotting) in an unnamed role.

Loki Season 2 begins streaming on Disney+ on October 6th.
