A nearly unrecognizable Melissa McCarthy cameos here as Sean Spicer, and she’s angry, unhinged, profane, and completely full of bullsh*t, and she is amazing. It’s hard to parody Spicer, because Spicer is already so unhinged, but if anyone can do it, it’s McCarthy at her most hilariously deranged. McCarthy absolutely creams Sean Spicer’s public persona here in what is one of the show’s hardest hitting political sketches in a while. Kate McKinnon also makes an appearance as a completely clueless Betsy DeVos.
SNL is pulling out all the guns for this one (including a water gun that Sean Spicer uses on a reporter for asking about the Holocaust Remembrance speech). Honestly, this is the kind of sketch that could trigger a thin-skinned Trump and get Sean Spicer fired, once he realizes no one has any respect for his press secretary.
In fact, this may be the sketch of the year.
Twitter was loving it, too.
Just cancel all television because Melissa McCarthy is the greatest of all people ever

Give the person who had the idea to cast Melissa McCarthy as Sean Spicer a big raise. That was an instant #SNL classic.
