Over the years, we have covered Zach Bryan extensively here at the ‘Jiba. One of us (*cough*Dustin*cough*) really just likes him as a musician (but would totally go out with him if he asked!). One of us has never heard a single note of any of his songs (It’s me! Hi! I don’t know anyone’s songs. Ever.). And others of us think he’s pretty much an idiot, but we’re also weirdly interested in what he’s doing because he does seem like maybe he can evolve and learn? Like, I don’t know what to make of him and his band wearing “Free Palestine” shirts at their concerts at Robert Kraft’s Gillette Stadium Friday night, but if he’s stirring the pot, this seems like a good one to stir. - (Deadline)
As someone who has been in the public eye for as long as he has been, I’m fascinated by Ben Affleck’s inability to look comfortable, relaxed, or like he’s enjoying himself. Kerry Washington, on the other hand, always looks perfect. - (Lainey Gossip)
Remember, back in the day, when Tombstone pizza at 4:00 AM was, like, the best? Ok, not the best, but was pretty much the only thing in the freezer when you got home from the bar and you HAD to eat something before you passed out? Just me? Well, as awful as that was, now Tombstone has made that even worse. Happy Halloween? - (Country Updates)
Oh, hey, remember when we all thought Amazon was pretty awful? Now they’re even worse! Super. - (Celebitchy)
Also, remember back in 2014 when Blake Shelton started a rumor that his then-wife Miranda Lambert punched Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger in the face? (Pepperidge Farms remembers) That wasn’t really what happened. - (AVC)
And while we’re strolling down Memory Lane, let’s visit Seth Meyers’s first “Weekend Update” appearance, 20 years ago. Did we all look so young back then? - (LateNighter)
Diddy’s money was buying him the good life in prison, but at least for the moment, now he’s in solitary. Gotta let the heat die down for the news, I’m sure. There’s no way the prison employees weren’t active participants in this. - (PEOPLE)
And now I leave you with the trailer for Judd Apatow’s Paralyzed by Hope: The Maria Bamford Story.
