Obligatory Spoiler Warning.

Not one soul who has watched the first five seasons of Game of Thrones believes for a second that Jon Snow is not coming back to the show. However, most of us had very little idea about how he will be resurrected until Ian McShane — who will appear in this season of Game of Thronesprovided a major spoiler a few weeks ago. He essentially said that his character was responsible for the return of a “a much loved character everybody’s thinking is dead.”

The Internet was aghast (or pretending to be aghast, as the Internet is wont to do). In an interview with The Telegraph, however, McShane essentially rolled his eyes at Game of Thrones fans.

“You say the slightest thing and the Internet goes ape. I was accused of giving the plot away, but I just think get a fucking life. It’s only tits and dragons.”

Only “tits and dragons”? There’s dicks, too, McShane (although not nearly as many)!

McShane, who has been cast in American Gods, didn’t stop there, however. He went ahead and revealed an additional spoiler.

“They asked me if I wanted to do Game of Thrones and I said, ‘Sure, I’ll be able to see my old pals Charlie Dance and Stephen Dillane’ and they said, ‘No, we’ve killed them off.’ I wasn’t sure whether I could commit, but then they said it would only be for one episode, so I said, ‘So that means I must die at the end of it. Great, I’m in.”

Listen HBO: If you cast a cocksucker, don’t be surprised if he acts like a cocksucker.
