Millie Bobby Brown Marries Jake Bongiovi In Secret Ceremony

Twenty-year-old Millie Bobby Brown and 22-year-old Jake Bongiovi “quietly said their vows” in a secret wedding ceremony last weekend.

“They are planning a bigger ceremony in the US later this year, but now they have legally married and done all the paperwork,” sources close to the couple say. “It was a very low-key, romantic affair with their closest family with them as they said their vows.”

The couple got engaged in spring 2023 on a diving trip that almost resulted in losing the diamond ring at the bottom of the ocean. There is no word yet if this was the ceremony Brown’s Stranger Things costar Matthew Modine officiated or if we’ll see him again at the next one.

Jon Bon Jovi was of course in attendance to show his support. This was his second family wedding recently, as his eldest son, 29-year-old Jesse, married his longtime girlfriend, also named Jesse, earlier this month in an intimate ceremony at the same chapel where his father married his mother, Dorothea Hurley, in 1989.

Some have criticized Brown and Bongovi for being too young to wed, but the patriarch of the family disagrees.

“I don’t know if age matters,” he told Andy Cohen on his radio show. “If you find the right partner and you grow together, I think that would be my advice, really, is growing together is wise.” He’s been married for over 30 years, so the man might know what he’s talking about, but then again…
