I have nothing against Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen; I’m a big fan of his quarterback play, if only because he won me a fantasy league championship two years ago. For a guy who grew up on a cotton farm (in California) and attended the University of Wyoming, he’s remained fairly unproblematic since being drafted into the NFL (his high-school Twitter history is another story). I feel like he’s probably not going to be the next Tom Brady or Peyton Manning, but he might be the next Aaron Rodgers, minus the new-age fruit loops.
Dating Hollywood celebrities is a good start. He is reportedly dating Hailee Steinfeld, whose only previous public relationships were with an Instagram influencer and singer Niall Horan. This is one of those situations where I feel like dating Hailee Steinfeld puts Allen in a more positive light. I do not, however, look forward to Bills fans blaming Steinfeld every time Allen throws an interception.
Allen recently broke up with Brittany Williams, a pilates instructor and his girlfriend of six years. Williams joked on Instagram — in reference to the break-up — that she is now “accepting husband applications.”
