Brandi Glanville Makes Sexual Harassment Claims Against Andy Cohen

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville and her attorneys sent a letter to NBC Universal, Warner Brothers, and Shed Media on Thursday in which they claimed that Bravo darling Andy Cohen sent a salacious video to Glanville in 2022, appearing “obviously inebriated.”

Cohen said he was “thinking” about Glanville and allegedly “boasted” about wanting to “sleep with another Bravo star” (another?), insinuating that she could watch over FaceTime.

“Mr. Cohen was Ms. Glanville’s boss at the time and exercised complete and total control over her career. This was an extraordinary abuse of power that left Ms. Glanville feeling trapped and disgusted,” the letter reads, also claiming this was “far from the first time Ms. Glanville has been used and abused by NBC, Bravo, Warner Bros. And Shed Media.”

“Indeed, Ms. Glanville has long been taken advantage of by the institutions with which she is indelibly tied personally, professionally, financially and in the public mind. Her story—one of thousands we have heard in the course of our investigation into the practices of the reality television industry—is part and parcel of the Reality Reckoning.”

Cohen responded to the allegations with a tweet, claiming that current Bravoleb (and Traitors Allstar, whom Glanville competed against on the first season of the show) Kate Chastain was also present at the time of the phone call, which was “absolutely meant in jest.” He claimed that Glanville was “in on the joke” but nevertheless apologized.

The video shows Kate Chastain and I very clearly joking to Brandi. It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi’s response clearly communicated she was in on the joke. That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize.

These accusations come while Glanville is tangled up in a lawsuit filed against her by former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo, who claims she was sexually assaulted by Glanville while filming a yet-to-be-released season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. She was also the subject of controversy for the other season of Girls Trip she appeared on, in which the butler employed by Bravo said she and Phaedra Parks (current star of Traitors) sexually harassed him.

The Bravo sexual harassment/assault roster continues to grow, but we’ve yet to see any real repercussions.
