Jenna Jameson, who is considered to be a legend in the adult-entertainment industry, was sharing her opinions on President Obama and how he is running our country, and how his actions or lack thereof contributed to the assassination of a Russian ambassador to Turkey as well as a terrorist attack in Berlin resulting in the deaths of twelve people, both of which occurred yesterday.

And it is entirely her right to share her thoughts on such things, although at least one person on Twitter clearly felt otherwise and decided to let her know:

And that’s how it started. Which led to…

And it was that particular tweet from Jenna that grabbed the attention of many people on Twitter and had them looking in her direction like:

EXCUSE ME.gif

Sisko facepalm.gif

Wee-Bey can't believe this shit.gif

I don't believe this shit.gif

are you kidding me 3.gif

Yeah. And things only escalated from there.

Clearly, no one told Jenna that laughing along with jokes made by racist trolls doesn’t really make you look much better than the racist trolls themselves. But anyway …

You say ‘sensitivity,’ we say ‘people calling you out on your bullshit for acting as if Black people are the only ones who participate in slut-shaming.’ Let’s call the whole thing off.

Oh, you’re going to continue this? Really? O…Okay.

“LOLOL! I appreciate you overlooking my thoughtless comments so that they won’t get in the way of doing the Five-Knuckle Shuffle while watching my movies. LOL!”

So … who wants to sit down with Jenna and remind her of the Ku Klux Klan, the Christian-in-name-only organization who have burned crosses, lynched, assaulted, and murdered countless numbers of Black people? Or remind her of Dylann Roof, who walked into the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church and shot nine of his fellow churchgoers to death simply because they were Black? Or of Scott Roeder, who was a Christian who felt it was his duty to shoot and kill Dr. George Tiller, because he worked at a clinic where he helped perform abortions?

Not only does she laugh along with jokes made by racist trolls, she also rolls her eyes at people who call her out on her support of ableist language. Even better!

There were plenty more tweets, from her and from her supporters and from those who actually resorted to slut-shaming to go after her, but I think you’ve seen enough and get the point.

This has been the Jenna Jameson Edition of “When Keeping It Real On Twitter Goes Wrong.”
