Will Ferrell Goes Head to Head with Chad Smith in the Ultimate Drum Off (There May Have Been Cowbell)

There have been a lot of nasty words spent these last few months in the (pretend) feud between Will Ferrell and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ drummer, Chad Smith, who has been upset that Ferrell has been stealing his shtick. All the bitterness and acrimony finally came to a head last night on The Tonight Show when the two were pitted against each other in the ultimate drum-off.

I don’t want to give anything away here, except to say that cowbell is the ultimate weapon, both of destruction and of peace.
