Liz Meile is a Brooklyn-based stand-up comic and the creator of the web series, Damaged. She’s also a runner (recently featured in Runners World). She does bits about running in her stand-up act (buy her album), but for the purposes of this post, we’ll focus on her bit on new, feminist sex positions, because they are an amazing alternative to male-designed sex positions that often result in spunk-y hair.

You should listen. You can also try them at home with your male partners, who probably will not appreciate them as much as you do.
