Spike’s Lip Sync Battle came to New York’s Central Park yesterday. And who better to faux-belt out during the halftime show than local heroes, Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer? The Broad City stars each took their turn at the mic with a full-throated female anthem.

In a performance that’d have done her alter ego Val proud, Jacobson donned a full length gold sequin gown to perform that iconic Dreamgirls track “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going.” Take a look below:

Watching @abbijacobson lip syncing "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going…" live was probably the best thing thst could've happened to me today. Happy Monday! #summerstage #nyc #centralpark #lipsyncbattle #abbijacobson #broadcity #dreamgirls #andimtellingyou #sing

Then, Glazer brought all the boys to the yard with The Weather Girls’ hit “It’s Raining Men.” (Hallelujah.)

Cloudy with a chance of #hunks in #CentralPark tonight 💪☔️ thanks to @ilanusglazer #CrushedIt #WasntEvenCompeting #BroadCity #LipSyncBattle #SpikeTV #NYC #Monday #Funday #ELRPR

Between the bravado and the boys in bootie shorts, it’s little surprise that Broad City’s dynamic duo are stealing headlines this morning from the show’s actual competitors, siblings Julianne and Derek Hough. Do you even care what 2015’s Donny and Marie performed? Of course not. Broad City FTW.
