In 1999, Rachel Dratch and Tina Fey put on a two-woman show at Second City in Chicago (and later, at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade in New York) called Dratch & Fey. Well, not so much a two-woman show, as two one-woman shows. The premise is that their productions had to share the stage, so Dratch’s Edwina Garth Burnham: A Life For Our Times (about an obscure? fictional? women’s rights pioneer) and Fey’s Cunt Poems run side by side.
It’s everything you’re hoping it will be.
