Steven Yeun and Ali Wong Take Road Rage to the Hilarious Extreme in the Trailer for 'Beef'

Danny Cho (Steven Yeun) and Amy Lau (Ali Wong) apparently found each other on the wrong day in the trailer for Beef. They’re both having a shitty time of it when Danny nearly backs into Amy, who honks at Danny, and before you know it, a road rage incident takes on a life of its own. “The increasing stakes of their feud unravel their lives and relationships in this darkly comedic and deeply moving series.”

I have no idea how creator Lee Sung Jin (Dave, Silicon Valley) manages to turn one road-rage incident into an entire television series, but I am here for it. This looks spectacular. The A24 series premieres at SXSW on the 18th, before streaming on Netflix early next month.

Beef will arrive on April 6, 2023.
