Late Night with Seth Meyers returns with one of their very best segments — and one of the best segments in all of late night — “Jokes Seth Can’t Tell,” in which a Black writer (Amber Ruffin) and a lesbian writer (Jenny Hagel) deliver punchlines that would otherwise be inappropriate for a white guy like Seth Meyers to deliver. Among the topics this week: Popeye’s Chicken Sandwiches, women’s soccer, the speed with which lesbians commit, 12 Years a Squirrel, and Black Batman, who “is like white Batman, except he only responds to the Wu-Tang symbol.”
Enjoy.
