My Cast Wishlist For 'The Expendables' Event Series On Fox

The Expendables movie franchise is the gift that just keeps giving us more geriatric stars, explosions, incomprehensible plots, and stolen iconic one-liners. It’s amazing and I love it. Soon my love may be shared, as Fox is developing a series with producer Sylvester Stallone. According to Deadline, the series “…is described as a fun action drama that unites iconic TV stars as a new team of highly-skilled heroes who are on a mission to stop a dangerous terrorist.”

Soooo, basically ‘The A-Team’ with more mumbling and less Boy George appearances? I WILL TAKE IT.

But who shall we cast? Which iconic television action stars would be perfection for the amount of cheese and violence inherent in The Expendables: The TV Series? Let’s begin with the obvious choice:
