Michael Avenatti has provided the sworn testimony of another accuser, Julia Swetnick, against Brett Kavanaugh, and these are disturbing allegations. Swetnick is an employee with the federal government — and has several security clearances — and has offered to testify in support of her affidavit.

Among the allegations are as follows: She witnessed Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge harass numerous women during house parties in the early 1980s; they drank excessively, engaged in highly inappropriate conduct; were aggressive with women; fondled and grabbed them, and did not take “no” for an answer. She personally witnessed Kavanaugh grope women; speak in a demeaning manner to women; and behave as a “mean drunk.” He and Judge allegedly spiked the punch at several parties with the intention of causing women to lose their inhibitions, and he specifically targetted “shy” women.

Most disturbing, however, is this: She witnessed Kavanaugh and Judge get women drunk and then “gang-raped” them along with other men, who lined up outside of a room to form a train and took turns.

Swetnick also alleges that she was one of the victims.

“In 1982, I became the victim of one of these ‘gang’ or ‘train’ rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present. Shortly after the incident, I shared what had transpired with at least two other people. During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me. I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking.”

Avenatti tweeted out the full affidavit here.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is reviewing the affidavit.

The allegations also confirm “Beach Week.”
