Good morning. It’s 19 days since the election. It’s 15 days since all the major media outlets decared that Joe Biden had won the election. I believe that the record of Trump’s legal team is now 2-32, including a loss last night in Pennsylvania in which a longtime Republican judged wrote, “It is not in the power of this Court to violate the Constitution.” He added that, “In the United States of America, [Trump’s weak allegations] cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more.”
Pennsylvania’s Republican Senator Pat Toomey also called upon Donald Trump to concede. “President Trump should accept the outcome of the election and facilitate the presidential transition process,” he wrote yesterday. “Joe Biden won the 2020 election and will become the 46th President of the United States. I congratulate President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris on their victory.”
Even Chris Christie — who is the king of embarrassing himself — is telling Trump to stop embarrassing himself.
Chris Christie: "I have been a supporter of the president's. I voted for him twice. But elections have consequences & we cannot continue to act as if something happened here that didn't happen." He says an unwillingness to present evidence "must mean the evidence doesn't exist."

"Quite frankly, the conduct of the President's legal team has been a national embarrassment," said @GovChristie on ABC. “They allege fraud outside the courtroom, but when they go inside the courtroom, they don't plead fraud and they don't argue fraud.”

Trump and the Republicans, however, have moved on to a new conspiracy theory concerning Dominion, the ballot machines used in some of these states.
The Trump team's claim that millions of votes were stolen using election software is "insane," says @jaketapper. "State election officials and judges throughout the country are serving as protecters of our democracy at a time" when GOP leaders in Washington are failing at the job pic.twitter.com/wFoSxBjHkn

Sidney Powell, that lunatic woman on Donald Trump’s legal team, is asserting not only did Dominion alter the results in Georgia, where the Democrats paid Governor Kemp to keep quiet, but that Bernie Sanders also beat Hillary Clinton in 2016, but that the Democrats paid Bernie to keep quiet (there’s not enough money in the world to keep Bernie quiet).
You’ll never guess who the guy behind many of these Dominion conspiracy theories is? Ron Watkins, the 8Chan owner behind QAnon. Unbelievable. This guy:
Elsewhere that asshole Chuck Todd is calling Joe Biden the maybe, sort of kind of “apparent” winner, because he — like too many in the media — have gobbled up right-wing talking points.
“It looks like Biden is going to be the apparent winner. There’s still more to go through,” are real words that came out of Chuck Todd’s mouth this morning.

Meanwhile, some jackass on MSNBC is suggesting that Joe Biden should pardon Donald Trump
Opinion | Michael Conway: If President-elect Joe Biden hopes to fulfill his pledge to unify the nation, he should do the unthinkable and pardon Donald Trump. -@NBCNewsTHINKhttps://t.co/c4amMCtAO3

No. Actually, Biden’s incoming Chief of Staff is exactly right: Biden shouldn’t do shit. He’s AG should independently make decisions regarding Trump’s criminal fate.
Ron Klain on calls for Biden to hold Trump legally accountable after he leaves office: "Biden isn't going to tell the DOJ who to investigate or who not to investigate..that's the way it needs to be if we're going to have the kind of rule of law that's so important in our country" pic.twitter.com/MOiJBQwn1E

Finally, because 2020 just doesn’t stop, Kyle Rittenhouse was able to raise $2 million to pay his bail with the help of … Silver Spoons star Ricky Schroder. Bateman, come get your boy.
Ricky Schroder and Paul Rudd are about the same age. Paul is a year older at 51.

Someone’s doing something right and someone else donated bail money to a racist piece of shit murder. pic.twitter.com/2BjgTLK4La
I’m trying not to lose my cool about this on an otherwise lovely Sunday morning, but this is who they are, y’all. This is who they are.
So inhumane.
