Make It Stop

With the President fully pushing to reopen schools, and with an out-of-sorts Fox News desperate to win back Trump’s approval, the network has gone full f**k your kids over the last couple of days in trying to advance the President’s reckless agenda. The network has come up with some clever arguments, too, like: Suggesting that remote learning is how teachers groom children for sexual predators.

As Hannah pointed out, this has as much to do with sh*tting on teacher unions as it does reopening schools, but yes: Fox News, in primetime, suggested that teachers were “sexualizing children and training them in anti-American ideology” in cahoots with Black Lives Matter and the CDC. “This is child abuse.”

Meanwhile, a Fox News host is bashing Dr. Fauci “for a simple reason. He has put our children last.”

Yes, Dr. Fauci — by discouraging schools from reopening before it’s safe to do so — is putting children last. Meanwhile, thirty-one percent (31 percent) of all children who have tested in Florida have come back positive. Thirty one percent. It sounds like Ron DeSantis is putting children last to me.

In fact, while most remain asymptomatic, there are a lot of children who have tested positive, and we do not know the long-term effects of Covid-19.

But the President wants what he wants, and science and facts shouldn’t be a hindrance!

Time and again with these people, they refuse to listen, until they are personally affected by it. Take Chuck Woolery, for instance. Remember last week when Trump retweeted a tweet from the former game show host saying that the Coronavirus was a hoax? He changed his mind today. Wonder why?

Before deleting his account, Woolery tweeted, “To further clarify and add perspective, Covid-19 is real and it is here. My son tested positive for the virus, and I feel for of those suffering and especially for those who have lost loved ones.”

It is real, Chuck, and millions more children will be infected with it if Trump and Fox News have their way.
