According to a Politico/Morning Consult poll released this morning, 27 percent of Americans somewhat or strongly believe that Donald Trump is religious, including 40 percent of evangelicals, who should know better.

Context: Donald Trump has been married three times. He had had numerous extramarital affairs. He has paid to silence high-profile women with whom he has slept. He’s stolen millions and millions of dollars through fraud and grift. He has separated children from their parents, put those children in cages, and defended those policies. He has pushed racist policies, and he has defended, glorified, and promoted police violence. He sympathizes with Nazis. He has abandoned close allies and has left thousands of undefended people to die in senseless regional conflicts. He sews division and hatred in America and around the world. He was even a pro-choice Democrat until he decided to run for President. Unless it serves a political interest, Donald Trump has never set inside a church in his life.

Conclusion: 27 percent of Americans are being completely dishonest with themselves.

Also: Despite using it as a prop, he has absolutely no clue about the contents of that Bible. Also, Sarah Cooper is the best thing to ever happen to TikTok.
