At the end of last week, Kelly Rowland reportedly stirred up drama on Today after she walked out of her guest-hosting gig with an hour to go. Fortunately, Rita Ora stepped in at the last minute, but it didn’t take long for reports of behind-the-scenes drama to break. The central issue is Rowland was reportedly unhappy with the size of her dressing room, and it was hard to alleviate the situation because Jennifer Lopez was also there and taking up prime backstage real estate, which is to be expected. Anyway, the whole thing seemed to blow over on Monday morning when Hoda Kotb had nothing but kind words to say about Rowland and even joked that she can have her dressing room next time. No harm, no foul. Well, now a new report from an anonymous source is claiming that the actual reason Rowland walked out is because Savannah Guthrie asked her too many questions about Beyoncé. If this was planted by Rowland’s team to make her look better… it doesn’t? Either way, she walked out of a professional commitment. And, look, I would say this to Jamie Lynn Spears or any of the Kardashians who didn’t let Kris Jenner talk them into making a sex tape with Ray J: If you ride the coattails, don’t expect people to not ask about the coat. Bucks County, PA school board member Tabitha Dell’Angelo wrote one hell of a barn-storming op-ed about the Moms for Liberty board members who quit after suddenly finding themselves in a 6-3 minority following last November’s election. Dell’Angelo soldiered through their two-year batsh*t reign, so she definitely earned every minute of her high horse moment. (Bucks County Beacon)

Sarah Pekkanen’s thriller, House of Glass, hit all the right notes for RouletteGirl. “Plus, being a native of the DMV (the area comprised of DC, and the surrounding MD & VA suburbs) I am always tickled to read books that are set here and DO IT WELL.” Which book has gotten your city right?
