While promoting his new Netflix series, The Waterfront, Holt McCallany casually revealed that he recently met with David Fincher who told him “there is a chance that [Mindhunter] may come back as three two-hour movies.” For the record, McCallany stressed that “I think it’s just a chance,” but he also noted that writers are working on a script. Given the fact that Fincher is directing a Tarantino movie for Netflix, it’s safe to assume his pull over there has only increased in recent years. Could he have enough juice to bring Mindhunter back? It sure seems like it. (CBR)
