Sarah Palin Is Mad She Didn't Get a Cabinet Nom (Womp Womp)

Back in the ancient times (October), I noted a clearly prescient theory bouncing around that Elon Musk was trying to install himself as some sort of shadow president by glomming onto Trump.

“Dear God, please let Elon actually believe this,” my freakishly soft blogging fingers wrote. “I’m not trying to lionize Trump or anything, but his undisputed superpower is getting marks to debase themselves for him and then throwing them under the bus like they never even existed.”

Elon has already started getting peeks at the underside of the bus thanks to Trump repeatedly “joking” that he’s tired of him hanging around Mar-a-Lago. While Musk’s face is hovering around the tires, he might notice someone familiar down there: Sarah Palin.

The former Alaskan governor is apparently stewing on her moose horn throne over Trump not bestowing her with a cabinet nom. All the other unqualified idiots got one, why not her? Palin recently shared a message from a fan, declaring her the “Mother of MAGA,” who deserves to feast on the coldest of McDonald’s food while rusty car door sounds come out of RFK Jr.’s mouth. Are those words, or is the brain worm rearranging furniture? Nobody knows!

“Currently, President elect Trump has named his secretaries for the VA, Energy, Interior and EPA administrator. Any one of these positions I hoped Sarah Palin would get,” the follower wrote, which Palin posted to Instagram and X.

“Palin was Trump before Trump. I have been saying this for years. Sarah Palin is the Mother of MAGA. Back then [16 years ago], she was the face of the tea party, what would then become the MAGA movement,” the follower wrote.

“It is so shocking to me how in 2017, and now it looks like in 2025, she will not get a seat at the table that she helped set.”

Here’s the thing: The crazy person is actually right! There is a direct crayon line from Sarah Palin to MAGA. However, while Johnny Froth views that as source of pride, I view it as a slow, dimwitted bullet that finally caught America in the ass. And by request, I might add. America placed itself directly in the path and said, “Yup, right in the glute. Have you seen these egg prices?”
