Community on NBC at 8:00pm ET.
The Vampire Diaries on The CW at 8:00pm ET. Fifth season winter premiere. Also the 100th episode.
Chopped Canada on Food Network at 9:00pm ET. I guess the secret ingredients always involve moose jerky, maple syrup, or the frozen testicles of inadequately equipped tourists.
Rake on Fox at 9:00pm ET. Series premiere. The latest of Fox’s series centered around middle aged, white collar professionals behaving badly and coasting on “charm” despite being gigantic assholes to everyone around them. This time it’s Greg Kinnear as a lawyer.
King of the Nerds on TBS at 10:00pm ET. Second season premiere. The last season of this show freaked me out a bit, as the first and second place winners happened to have my first and middle names, so the internet was a very strange place for me the day after that season ended. I’ve checked out all the contestants for this season to see if I could predict the winners based on the first and middle names of my siblings or parents, but no dice. It looks like the universe is not fucking with me to that degree. Yet.
Genevieve Burgess knows that Canadians are very respectful of nature and use all parts of the naturally freeze-dried tourist.
