Yesterday afternoon saw the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ board of governors host the annual Oscars luncheon, and as always this ‘class photo’ was taken.

At first glance it looks like at least Fassbender, Hardy, Winslet, the Coen Brothers, Christan Bale, and Cate Blanchett are nowhere to be seen, but maybe like when you get out of your car at the beach at mid-day my eyes are still adjusting to the glare.
There is really only one cluster crammed with recognizable faces: George Miller, The Weeknd, Rooney Mara, Alicia Vikander, Kaufman, Leo, Gaga, Matt Damon
