Good morning! After spending last evening retweeting 16-year-olds trolling CNN over voter fraud …
"@FiIibuster: @jeffzeleny Pathetic - you have no sufficient evidence that Donald Trump did not suffer from voter fraud, shame! Bad reporter.

… Donald Trump woke up this morning and decided, “Hey! Fuck it! The First Amendment doesn’t mean sh*t to me!” and tweeted this:
Nobody should be allowed to burn the American flag - if they do, there must be consequences - perhaps loss of citizenship or year in jail!

You have a problem with Colin Kaepernick kneeling during the “National Anthem,” fine. That’s your prerogative. You want to spread fake news to delegitimize your opponent? That’s unethical as hell, but legal. You wanna take issue with the millions of people protesting against your presidency? You can do that! It’s a free country.
What you cannot do, however, is strip someone of their citizenship or jail them for expressing their First Amendment rights. No. No sir. You don’t have to respect your opponents, or your friends, or your employees or the people of this country, but you best fucking respect the motherfucking Constitution, you bloviating bucket of carrot lard.
Apparently he did take Mr. Khan's pocket Constitution after all…and burned it. https://t.co/KuAHgcm1H2

Someone should probably go ahead and print out a copy of the First Amendment and leave it on Trump's desk. https://t.co/rGMN8wUXc6

A little history lesson for you (and PEOTUS): burning of the flag is protected by the First Amendment. https://t.co/arhxsLXdqa

Mitch McConnell on flag burning: "People like that pose little harm to our country. But tinkering with our First Amendment might."

“If I were king, I would not allow people to go about burning the American flag. However, we have a First Amendment…” - Justice Scalia

Really can't think of a good scenario when First Amendment and Constitution are trending 🙄

Just so we're all clear about what Trump just did- He threatened to strip citizenship from Americans who exercise a First Amendment right.
