The Best and Worst of What's New on Netflix This Month
A whole bunch of new stuff was released on Netflix today, and most of it is not even worth talking about. There are some explosions, some aggressively boring courtroom drama, and a lot you’ve never heard of, nor should you. Here, though, is the best and the worst of what’s new to Netflix this month.
Also note that some exciting stuff is coming out later in the month. (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, I’m looking at you.)
The Best Stuff
Frankie and Johnny
This one could definitely be on both the best and worst lists. It’s not a good movie by any measure, but if you’re craving an 80s big-banged guilty pleasure, complete with rapping teens, you can’t do any better than this.
The Madness of King George
Bridget Jones’s Diary
Three Days of the Condor
I’m guessing more than a few of you grew up with this 1987 version.
The Secret of NIMH
(No, YOUR choices are wrong!)
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
Beverly Hills Cop
The Worst Stuff
Vampire in Brooklyn
TK called this movie, without hyperbole, “the most boring movie I’ve ever seen in my life.”
