Tom Cruise Seen Breakdancing at Posh Spice's 50th Birthday Party

Tom Cruise has been living in the UK since 2021, and while he is not dating his Mission Impossible co-star, Hayley Atwell, he has apparently made friends with the citizens. The Prince has been seen towering over him, he’s attended the British Grand Prix, and now, he’s hanging out with the Beckhams. Specifically, he attended Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham’s 50th birthday bash.

I mention this only because, at the party, Cruise did something far more out of character than flying outside the windows of the Burj Khalifa or repeatedly parachuting off a cliff on a motorcycle: The man broke into dance. And not of the Tropic Thunder variety. The man started breakdancing, ending his routine with a full-on split. “People were absolutely dumbfounded,” a source told the Daily Mail.

Well, no shit. If he had leaped off the roof and barrel rolled into the pool that would not have been surprising. But to see Tom Cruise — a 61-year-old man — breakdance and do the splits had to be more shocking than seeing him speak to his children.

Unfortunately, there is no video available, and if there was, the Church of Scientology has probably already suppressed it, just like they suppressed Suri. We may never get to see the man do the windmill unless he makes it the centerpiece of the next Mission Impossible movie. Given the soft box-office of the last one, he may be desperate enough to work it into the closing credits blooper reel.
