The SAG Awards were this weekend, and while some noteworthy things happened— like Amy Poehler and Tina Fey honoring Carol Burnett, Viola Davis reminding the world that diversity isn’t a “trending topic,” and Jacob Tremblay continuing to be adorable— the big breakout of the night was a douchey tender moment between Leonardo DiCaprio and his vape pen.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the moment didn’t air on TV, but it occurred at 6:46 p.m. And the internet lost its damn mind.

HuffPo invented a romance between the man and his “sterling beauty.”

Can you feel it in the air? A new celebrity “it couple” has just been born. Before rumors fly over wedding dates, baby bumps and nanny cheating scandals, let’s get acquainted with 2016’s hottest twosome:

E! News also chose to make it super weird in the same way.



According to them, the “happy couple” shared a “warm embrace” because “Leo loves his vape pen, and he isn’t going to let “society” or “laws” stand in the way of their eternal bond.” Ick.

To be fair, this does have a certain… intimacy.


A lot of people apparently still see DiCaprio as an arbiter of cool.




Others saw him as “shameless.”
