Justin Timberlake 'Flees' To Mexico For Family Vacay After Britney Spears Book Drama

Yesterday, Page Six blessed us with this doozy of a headline: Justin Timberlake flees to Mexico with family after ex Britney Spears’ book bombshells.

Picture it! Justin, Jessica Biel, and their two sons sneaking out of their Hollywood Hills mansion under cover of darkness. “Can we take your gold records, Daddy?” “No, Silas. We must leave all our worldly possessions. Now, get into the trunk with Phinneas and, remember, not a peep when we cross the border.”

In reality, the family’s great escape was a touch less harrowing. They took a private jet to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for a beach vacation. Daily Mail photographers caught Justin leaving the jet and boarding a golf cart with Phinneas. This is the first official JT sighting since Britney’s memoir dropped last week:

The Daily Mail writes that 42-year-old Justin seemed to be in “good spirits”, but I don’t know how they could tell. Those pics are grainier than the Zapruder film.

Last week, Justin turned off his Instagram comments cuz of all the Britney-related criticism he was getting. A source told Page Six he made the decision because of the “hateful, disgusting things people were saying.” After that, Britney stans set their sights on Jessica Biel’s page. She responded by limiting her comment section.

So far, JT hasn’t officially commented on what Britney wrote about him in her book (her abortion, that now-iconic Ginuwine moment, his cheating, how his years of slut-shaming sent her into a deep depression, etc). But, last week, a source told the Daily Mail that Justin was “not at all happy” about what had come out. The week before that, an insider informed Entertainment Tonight that Justin and Jessica “just want everyone to grow and evolve instead of continuing to bring up the past.” Hoo boy. That is not the move.

Hopefully, Justin, Jessica, and their sons can find some temporary peace in Mexico; a magical, faraway land where no one has ever heard of Britney Spears, NSYNC, or Ginuwine.
