Joe Jonas Buys Nathan Fielder A Drink, Receives Small Bowl Of Mayo In Return

On Saturday night, newly single (or is she?) Sophie Turner enjoyed a Girls Night Out™ at an oh-so-chic New York City sushi joint with Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne, and Brittany Mahomes. Google tells me that Brittany is the wife of Travis Kelce’s teammate, Patrick Mahomes. Huh. The more you know!

That same night, 2,451 miles away, Sophie’s estranged husband enjoyed his own star-studded supper. Joe Jonas recounted his experience in an Instagram Reel posted the next day:

“So last night, I noticed Nathan Fielder was at the same restaurant I was having dinner at in L.A. Very good. Donna’s. Shout out. And I wanted to send him a drink, so I asked the waiter if we could send something over, and they said, ‘You have good taste,’ which made me feel good about my loving all things Nathan Fielder.

And, um, he sent back, as a thank you… mayonnaise.”

I love mayonnaise, all aiolis, basically any kind of white sauce imaginable. And, in my opinion, a mayo-based dip should always be a free option with any side of fries (especially sweet potato fries). A $2-3 charge is a slap in the face! So, actually, I would’ve enjoyed Nathan’s unorthodox gift. Unfortunately for Joe, Donna’s is an Italian restaurant, and their online menu doesn’t feature fries. That means there’s a very good chance the Fielder mayo went to waste. Che tragedia! A true gentleman would have toasted Nathan with the mayo, then lapped up every glob of it with his tongue. Sigh. Chivalry is dead.
