I’m going to let my politics show here, and say that this “rant” by One America News’ anchor Tomi Lahren made my blood boil. There are several responses I’d like to write here, but none are suitable for print (I expect, however, that our comments section will forego the niceties).

In this editorial, Ms. Lahren sees fit to dismiss all of President Obama’s other accomplishments, diminish the threats posed by climate change and racism, and instead place the blame for the deaths of 4 Marines in Chattanooga last week squarely on the shoulders of Obama. She also suggests that the threat that radical Muslims pose to Americans is more dangerous here in the United States than in the Middle East, and that Obama’s real problem is his sensitivity to Muslims. She further contends that, if Obama were a “real man,” he’d drop a bunch of bombs in the Middle East and put the fear of God into Muslims.

Yeah, because that’s how it works, lady. You want to get rid of ISIS? Just annihilate all Muslims, right? And if we want to get rid of the d Dylann Roofs of the world, we should just drop bombs on all white people.

Her “rant” sounds like a goddamn Toby Keith song. More than the words of the screed, it’s her tone. Her awful, unctuous, condescending shitty tone.

This, by the way, is the same 22-year-old woman who suggested that Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren were men because they wear pantsuits, and dismissed the war on women.

“The so-called ‘War on Women’ is somewhat problematic for someone like me, because last time I checked I don’t hate myself and I’m not at war with myself. Ladies, can we agree on that? Anyone?”

She is apparently considered the new face of the conservative movement.
