Heather and Terry Dubrow Bought Their Dream House…Again

Heather Dubrow (Real Housewives of Orange County) and her husband Terry Dubrow (Botched) are at it again.

The reality tv couple is infamous for buying, renovating, and selling properties like their lives depend on it. Last year they sold “Chateau Dubrow,” their 22,000 square-foot estate in Newport Beach, for a whopping $55 million, the third largest sale in OC history.

“With two kids at college, we’ve been thinking about our next move,” Heather said of the sale at the time. “We just bought a cool penthouse in L.A. and sometimes the universe shows you the right direction. Change is exciting!”

It is indeed. This is why they’ve now added the former home of late filmmaker Dino De Laurentiis to their real estate portfolio. The Beverly Hills mansion clocks in at a modest for the Dubrows 9,000 square feet and the property spans a quaint 8.2 acres. So much for downsizing! While the asking price was $37.5 million, they got it for mere pennies at $16.1.

“It’s so exciting!” Heather said this time. “We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic, Hollywood estate.”

She thinks it will take three years to get the house renovated to her satisfaction. This woman, I swear. She just barely finished renovating Chateau Dubrow before she got bored and sold it. What is with these people? How many houses does one couple need to renovate into giant glass boxes before they call it quits and settle down?

As for her future as an OC Housewife when she has an address in Beverly Hills, don’t worry.

“I’m a New Yorker, transplanted to L.A., dragged down to Orange County. I’m just trying to migrate home…I’m gonna end up on New York Housewives!”

If she keeps buying properties she’s gonna end up on the Housewives of every city, which would be a horror. Lets pray the renovation takes longer than expected.
