Slow Horses on Apple TV+ at 12:01am ET. Fourth season premiere. I just binged the previous three seasons of this show a couple of months ago (that sounds intense, but they’re six episodes a piece so like, one season of what regular TV used to be) and I am so happy to get more so quickly! Gary Oldman is genuinely off-putting yet brilliant. There are also a fun array of non-traditional spies and spy skills on display with the rest of the cast.

Masterchef on Fox at 8:00pm ET. Look out, it’s a mystery box episode!
