We've all seen plenty of movies in our time. Hopefully, however, we have not been caught out in life-or-death situations too many times, as if we then, out of desperation, decided to turn to some of the 'survival tactics' we'd learned from those movies, we'd most likely not be around to tell the tale. Reddit had this topic on its mind the other day, when it asked the question: 'What is a 'Survival Myth' that people believe because of movies, but will actually get you killed in real life?'
