It may seem like this is a topic that we flog, dead horse-style, here to excess, but the further and further we slide into planet-killing technofeudalism, the more prominent the nature of the internet and the online world of becomes in any assessment of our state of fuc*ery. Enshittification. Platform servitude. Data mining of the human horde, Matrix-style. You know the drill. And it all happened so quickly! It seems like just yesterday we were innocently (sort of) surfing the world wide web, playing Flash games and reading quirky websites. Then capitalism snapped its fingers and bam. Now we mourn.
