Happy 2026! Hope everyone’s holiday season was restful. Or at least not chaotic. Or at least survivable.
As for us, we all shockingly did not watch that much television! Oh sure, we can tell you about various international versions of The Traitors (some of us more than others), but it was ultimately a relatively quiet period collectively.
That being said, we have still kept up with the latest post-game discussion of Survivor 49, although even if it was a great season (which it wasn’t), it still would always have been “the one before 50”, so that still seems most likely to be where it lands in the overall history of the show.
Dustin and Tori also talked about the finale of Stranger Things, which started… 10 years ago? That can’t be right, aren’t they supposed to be kids?
Then, we ended with a look ahead at some of the shows we’re excited for this year - it seems like there’s a lot coming up to be excited about! Starting, of course, with The Pitt and the next season of The Traitors, both of which start on Thursday.
