As tales of behind-the-scene chaos continue to pour out of Warner Bros. Discovery, The Batman 2 is reportedly no longer a safe bet. While the film is in active development, it has not been officially greenlit and could never see the light of the day as the company “resets” its DC Comics live-action properties. Meanwhile, a new THR report claims that WBD is making contingency plans for The Flash in light of Ezra Miller’s non-stop scandals. However, that flies in the face of a report from yesterday that revealed — wait for it — Miller filmed new scenes for The Flash just this summer. As in very recently. The word around town is that the film is killing it in test screenings, which explains WBD’s ongoing strategy of pretending everything is fine. They smell money, and it’s going to be very interesting to see how far Miller has to go before something gives. (THR)
