Marvel Is Horny as Hell for Channing Tatum's Gambit

Thanks to Deadpool & Wolverine making a bajillion dollars, Ryan Reynolds has not been shy about his kingmaker status over at Marvel. He’s already openly made a play for a new Blade movie starring Wesley Snipes, and now, he’s once again priming the pump for Channing Tatum to return as Gambit. According to Reynolds, Marvel is “obsessed” with Tatum finally getting a chance to play the fan-favorite mutant. Will that translate into anything? Reynolds is playing coy, but he said it’s a similar vibe to when the test footage for Deadpool was leaked. “Sometimes they just need to see it in action.” (EW)
