First off, my apologies for the whiplash. Last night's P-Love was about Liam Neeson chasing off a bear in his bathrobe, and tonight's column is... not so cool. It all started earlier today when word got out that ol' Liam narrated an anti-vaccine documentary that essentially glazes RFK Jr. Backlash ensued, prompting Neeson's team to put out a statement making it clear that he is not, and never has been, anti-vaccine as evidenced by his work with UNICEF. "He did not shape the film's editorial content, and any questions about its claims or messaging should be directed to the producers," the statement read. So what does that mean? Somebody took a paycheck and Ron Burgundy'd his way through a voiceover that probably should've set off some alarms. Or Pamela Anderson talked him into it, which I'm waiting to be the case. Should be any minute now. (Rolling Stone)

Matthew McConaughey is good TV on Hot Ones. (Lainey Gossip)

Hilary Swank stepped in it, too. Lot of that going around. (Celebitchy)

Tom Cruise doesn't want to be in Trump's pocket even though he'd probably fit. That's both a suit joke and a short joke. Two for one! (Page Six)

I know next to nothing about stocks or bonds or hostile takeovers, but it sounds like Paramount might squeak this thing out. (The Wrap)

Being back in grad school has cut into Jake’s reading for fun time, but he was able to read two similarly themed horror books: American Rapture by C.J. Leede and This is My Body by Lindsay King-Miller. He thought This is My Body was a banger. “Ostensibly about exorcisms, it’s more about religious trauma and how that gets passed down, literally and physically.” What have you read just for fun recently? (Cannonball Read 17)
