In predictable fashion, Jonathan Majors has officially filed a legal claim against his accuser wherein he claims that she was the real attacker. He also accused her of being “drunk and hysterical” during the incident. It’s an interesting gambit given Majors’ attorney has claimed for months now that the charges against him would be dropped any minute now thanks to overwhelming evidence in the Marvel actor’s favor. Instead, court proceedings have continued, so here we are with the Johnny Depp approach like clockwork. (Jezebel)
