In case you can’t tell by our unusually heavy coverage, Marvel casting Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom has been almost as big of a story as Kamala Harris running for president. I’m honestly shocked at the interest because I assumed Marvel didn’t have that kind of juice anymore. Obviously, the Doctor Doom move was made to counteract Jonathan Majors scuttling plans for Kang the Conqueror after he was found guilty of assaulting his former girlfriend. He’s the last guy who should be commenting on any of this, so naturally, Majors did exactly that. TMZ pulled right up to him, and he couldn’t resist running his mouth. (TMZ)
