Due to the Directors and Screen Actors Guilds having no-strike contracts — at least until the end of May — House of the Dragon has not paused filming on its second season, which is prompting several WGA members to flag what is undoubtedly happening on set. Namely line changes, tone meetings, approval on costumes, and a laundry list of other tasks. “That is writing and therefore scabbing,” Harley Quinn’s Justin Halpern tweeted. “Please report it to the guild.” (The A.V.
