Taking a page from Warner Bros. Discovery, Disney has confirmed that it will combine Disney+ and Hulu into a “one-app experience” later this year. Previously, there was talk of selling Hulu to Comcast, which is clearly not happening now. Instead, Disney will have to buy out Comcast’s stake in January 2024. (The Verge)
