David Fincher Didn’t Make ‘Fight Club’ for Right-Wing Incels

David Fincher was recently asked by The Guardian what he thinks about Fight Club being a “touchstone” for right-wing incel weirdos, and understandably, he doesn’t want to touch that topic with a 10-foot pole. However, he relents and makes it clear that Tyler Durden is very obviously a “negative influence,” but he’s “not responsible for how people interpret things.” He can’t help anyone who doesn’t grasp that being a domestic terrorist is clearly bad.
