While fielding a question about whether he’s finally going to get play Bane now that James Gunn is in charge of DC Studios — he’s not — Dave Bautista inadvertently revealed that Gunn is “starting from scratch” when it comes to the new DC Universe. Specifically, with younger actors that can anchor a new 15-year-plan. This would contradict statements from Jason Momoa and Zachary Levi that their characters are safe as well Gunn’s previous remarks that some elements from the DCEU might not be rebooted.
